What it's made of
Our pieces aren't all built the same way, so we list materials per product rather than making one claim across the whole shop.
What type of metal is used?
It depends on the piece. Every product page has a Description and an Architecture section — that's where you'll find the exact metal and finish for that specific item.
We keep it there rather than stating one blanket answer here, because a bracelet and a body chain in the same collection may not be built identically. If the Architecture section doesn't answer your question, email us and we'll get you the detail.
What stones are used?
Same answer, same place — check the Description and Architecture sections on the product page you're looking at. Stone and inlay material is listed per piece.
Where a piece uses a coloured inlay or enamel rather than a stone, we say so there too.
How do I keep it looking new?
Plated and finished jewelry lasts longest when you keep it dry. Take pieces off before showering, swimming, working out, or sleeping.
Perfume, lotion, sunscreen, and hairspray are the usual culprits — put jewelry on last, after all of that has dried. Wipe pieces with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store them somewhere dry rather than loose in a bag.
Treated this way, a piece holds up well. Worn in the shower daily, no plated jewelry at any price will.
Lifetime replacements? Is that real?
Yes. If a piece tarnishes, breaks, or otherwise stops looking the way it should, we'll replace it — no expiry date on that.

Is it hypoallergenic or nickel-free?
Check the Architecture section on the product page for the specific materials in that piece.
If you have a known metal sensitivity, email us before ordering and tell us which piece you're looking at — we'd rather answer honestly up front than have you find out the hard way.
What size will fit me?
Measurements are listed on each product page. Most of our bracelets and necklaces include an extender chain so there's some room either way.
For rings, measure a ring you already wear and own — comparing the inside diameter is more reliable than guessing from a chart.
Orders & Shipping
Getting it to you
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery time after that varies by location — your exact estimate is shown at checkout once you enter your address.
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. If it's been more than two weeks since your shipping confirmation, send us your order number and we'll chase it down.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering with your order number and we'll do our best. Once an order enters fulfillment we can't modify it.
Wrong address? Tell us right away — if it hasn't shipped yet, we can usually fix it.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us a photo along with your order number and we'll make it right. No runaround.
What's your return policy?
Hassle-free 30 day returns. If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.

Where are you located?
We're based in Southern California. We're small enough that a real person reads the emails, which is why you'll usually hear back from us within a business day or two rather than from a ticket system.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Checkout runs through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system — we never see or store your card details. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all major cards are accepted.
Will sold-out pieces come back?
Usually, though timing varies. Email us the piece you're after and we'll tell you what we know rather than guess.
Do you ship internationally?
Enter your address at checkout and you'll see whether we currently ship to your country, along with the rate and delivery estimate.
